Control unit Type LC 300/302
With the level controls LC 300 / LC 302 you can control the
level of clamping plates, foundations and other seismic masses
electrically. Basically, the control system
consists of the following components:
-
electrical level control LC 300 / LC 302
- 3 level control cabinets with level control valve and control
rod
- tubes and fittings as well as installation material
The level control distributes the forced air into three systems
of air springs. The quantity of forced air is controlled with
a tunable throttle and a manometric switch. A water separator
and a filter element clean the supply air. Furthermore integrated
manometers display the supply pressure and the pressure of
the three systems.
The level of the seismic mass is monitored and controlled
by means of control rods and level control valves as part
of the three level control cabinets. Possible reduction or
dislocation of the mass carried on the foundation can thus
be compensated. Changing LEDs at the level control show the
state of the foundation.
The foundation can be lifted and lowered with a key-operated
switch. Thereby pneumatic valves get switched. As soon as
the foundation has reached the desired horizontal position,
the level control automatically shuts the control valves and
the control process is completed.
The electrical level control LC 302 has an additional key-operated
switch to change the natural frequency. This allows the adaption
to the particular testing frequency..
